Dates:  Tuesdays 6 & 13 July  and Fridays 9 & 16 July.

Times:  9.30 - midday.

Let's do some tai chi followed by lots of social interaction over food!  Come along and enjoy your tai chi with friends at Sherriff Park. Plenty of car parking. Toilets available.  Bring sunnies/hat/jumper/water/coffee/chair and a very SMALL plate of something to share - remember, it is only morning tea!  We will have a couple of spare chairs and a blanket or two.  Looking forward to catching up with you, especially if you haven't been able to come to classes lately.
