Tai Chi is a gem of traditional Chinese culture that is valuable in promoting health and improving concentration and overall well-being. 


Qigong, has been practiced by the Chinese for more than 3000 years. Qigong balances energy and improves the weaker area in your internal system.


Tai Chi Qigong's 18 Movements, is also known as "Shibashi".  It is relaxing and easy to learn. Based on the harmony of body, mind and breath, Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a wholistic experience which promotes a feeling of inner calm, whilst at the same time improves flexibility, concentration and co-ordination.  Shibashi 1, Shibashi 2 and Shibashi X are covered during the year.
